Register to Interview

Visit the registration website (currently unavailable) and follow the instructions below.

Returning Employers

  1. Click OCI or Submit Schedule Request
  2. Select the Session from the drop down
  3. Complete the form
  4. Click Print Preview (print a copy)
  5. Click Submit

New Employers

  1. Click Employer/Registration
  2. Complete the form
  3. You will receive a password and username within 24 hours
  4. Once you’ve received the password and username, proceed as above

Program Timelines

This year we’ve changed the structure of MCGC to better meet the needs of your hiring timelines! Feel free to register for the program that best fits your student recruiting needs, and feel free to contact us with any questions.

Direct Submission Program

We will be collecting application information to direct students to employers’ job portals. Please check back soon as we update this information.

Resume Collect Program

The Resume Collect program is our earliest mass-applicant program. This program will collect student application documents that you request and allow you to schedule interviews as they fit your schedule.

Virtual Interview Program

The Virtual Interview Program (VIP) is our traditional interview program. Students will submit bids for employers to review and select the candidates they would like to interview. MCGC will schedule interviews and provide access to a virtual platform to conduct interviews based on each regional date.

Registration Includes

  • 100% pre-select interview schedule on day of selected interview program
  • Promotion of employer participation on the MCGC website viewable by students and public

  • Non-Profit and Government Employers: $0
