Register for MCGC

Any student from a participating school can register to take part in an MCGC interview program via the MCGC Symplicity. Once confirmed by your Law School, students will receive an email containing your special ID and password (separate and distinct from your Law School Symplicity that you use to participate in fall on-campus interview programs, to access your school’s on-line Job Bank, etc.) to bid for and schedule interviews through any of these Programs. Both 2Ls and 3Ls students may participate.

Program Timelines

This year we’ve changed the structure of MCGC to get your application in front of employers earlier than in years past. Feel free to participate in any program recruiting program and apply to any employers that align with your career goals!

Direct Submission Program

We will be collecting application information to direct students to employers’ job portals. Please check back soon as we update this information.

Resume Collect Program

The Resume Collect program is MCGC’s earliest applicant program. This program will collect student application documents per each employers’ request and allow employers to schedule interviews outside of MCGC.

Virtual Interview Program

The Virtual Interview Program (VIP) is our traditional interview program. Students will submit bids for employers to review and employers select the candidates they would like to interview. MCGC will schedule interviews and provide access to a virtual platform to conduct interviews based on each regional date.
